About the event
Comedy returns to The Establishment for Wakefield's best comedy night!
We have a superb line up, with 2018 Yorkshire New Comedian of theYear winner Pete Selwood (“A man with swagger, and it isn’t misplaced either” - Notts Comedy Review, “Wowed the crowd” - Liverpool Echo, “Genuinely hilarious” - Barnsley Chronicle).
Opening the show we have rising star Kent Cameron, Best New Act nominee at 2022 East Midlands Comedy Awards. ("A joy to listen to" Notts Comedy Review)
Smack bang in the middle we have the powerhouse that is Amelia Rose, a relative newcomer to comedy who is taking the area's comedy nights by storm.
Finally, our resident host is Graeme Rayner, described by Simon Brodkin as "bloody hilarious" and who David Baddiel tells us "made me laugh out loud". Graeme uses these quotes as he's never won any awards.
